The monk's tea

 

John was reflecting on his life and wanted to find out what was blocking him in getting what he wanted and what will make his life more worthwhile.

He read a lot of books, went to seminars and looked at all sorts of videos but still seemed stuck. So he decided to go on a trip to Asia and seek out a monk whom he had heard of and could help him in his quest. He set off with a lot of optimism to a remote location.

Powerful guided meditation
There is so much benefit in taking time-out from the daily routines and all the dashing around, take time to clear the mind.
I like to compare it to stirring in a glass of water with sand in it. As long as you keep stirring the water is unclear. When you stop the sand gradually sinks to the bottom and the water becomes still and clear. And so it is with our mind! 
Meditation is a great tool to clear the mind, and I have come across a great guided meditation which I like to share.
